Le militant panafricaniste béninois Kémi Séba, placé en garde à vue par la DGSI pour des soupçons d’ingérence étrangère, a été libéré sans poursuite mercredi, selon le parquet de Paris. Arrêté lundi, sa garde à vue a été levée mercredi soir, mais l’enquête préliminaire reste ouverte.
Son avocat, Juan Branco, dénonce cette garde à vue, précisant que Kémi Séba était interrogé pour « intelligences avec une puissance étrangère en vue de susciter des hostilités contre la France », une infraction passible de 30 ans de prison.
