Dans une récente vidéo en ligne sur TikTok, Bicongo, un créateur de contenu ivoirien, a partagé son point de vue sur les nombreux déguerpissements à Abidjan. Connu pour son franc-parler et ses prises de position tranchées, il a exprimé son indignation face à cette pression sociale.
« Vos parents ont vendu au marché pour vous permettre d’aller à l’école et atteindre ce niveau, mais aujourd’hui, c’est vous qui venez détruire les commerces de nos mères qui n’ont nulle part où aller », aurait-il déclaré. Ou encore selon d´autres sources : « Vos parents ont vendu banane braisée pour vous scolariser, aujourd’hui vous êtes devenu quelqu’un, vous cassez tout. »
Cette déclaration aurait, selon plusieurs sources, mené à son incarcération à l’ex-MACA (Maison d’Arrêt et de Correction d’Abidjan).
L’influenceur Bicongo est aujourd’hui au centre d’une vive polémique, sa détention suscitant de nombreuses interrogations sur les raisons de son arrestation. En effet, cette affaire a remis à tapis le débat sur la liberté d’expression et ses limites en Côte d’Ivoire.
